2012 01 01 - Rifle Range is OPEN for Member Use

Notice to Members and Guests:
1.  No targets of any kind can be placed between firing lines and pit walls of the 200, 300, 600 or 1,000 ranges.  Steel gongs or similar steel plates can be used, and when used be placed low on the impact hill itself. If shooting at steel, no one should be in the pit.  If you are unsure about these rules, contact a a club officer or trustee.

2.  If you are unsure of your sight elevations you must declare this at the time of event squadding. We will assist in you confirming elevation zeros.  It is everyones responsibility to keep fired rounds in designated impact areas.  Whether you are a member, or guest it is your responsibility to insure that you and your equipment are capable of doing so.  It is the policy of the Alliance Rifle Club to provide a sighting target and assistance to help you confirm your elevation zero during scheduled events (i.e. mid-rang/long range events).  A person will have five (5) rounds in which to strike a sighting target in order to participate in the days events.  During the sighting phase of match if a competitor scores five (5) consecutive misses you will be disqualified, and must cease firing in that match.
